Corrado Urgo

Born in Cirigliano in 1949, he moved with his family to Matera in 1956 and continues to live there. Although he now visits Cirigliano mainly during the summer or for short stays, he continues to think of himself as a Ciriglianese, preserving vivid memories of its people and customs, as well as a close familiarity with the local dialect.
